How to Choose Your Fire 1. Check the type of gas supply you have natural mains gas or LPG bottled gas. 2. Look at your roof for the presence of a chimney or flue to see which fires are suitable full depth class 1 & 2 or precast-flue slimline. View chimneys / flue types 3. Decide whether you want a convector or radiant fire. 4. Select the required control type.       a) Manual Control (rotary switch on the bottom of the fire)       b) Side Control (A high level control lever)       c) Remote Control 5. Opt for the choice of back panel you want.       a) Smooth ceramics       b) Brick style ceramics 6. Choose the trim you like. Brass, black, brushed steel or stainless steel. 7.
