We offer a FREE 5 year guarantee which is subject to an annual service to be carried out by a corgi appointed service agent. Ceramics are not covered under the guarantee. Should a claim be made under the terms of the guarantee, proof of purchase and a completed service card will be required. Accidental damage is not covered, your statutory rights are not affected. All genesis fires carry the european standard CE APPROVED. Genesis sell a very comprehensive range of gas fires exclusively through a chain of authorised showrooms.
